i am new player and play with them in team we lose so they tell my blacklist knob becouse you dont play how we tell you wtf?? all old players help new like them ??

They shouldn't have done that. But as a tip for the future, introduce yourself as a new player, and ask them to check your orders to see if everything is okay.
