Honestly, I was just making an observation Skull. Seeing as Illuminati lost their best player, whether or not he was trolling there or actually in the clan, I just don't see you guys finishing above any of the other clans that have joined Group C. Also I was making a small jab at HH but that's just normal.

The point system has been voted on. For the first time ever, 2 points will be awarded for each 1v1 wins, 3 points for each 2v2 win, and 4 points for each 3v3 win. This was decided on by the representatives of Group A because most believed the 3v3's were overweighted in previous seasons. With this new setup, team games are equal to 56% of the total points, but one person will have a harder time carrying a clan now, and one boot won't cost your team as many points in perspective.

Also, Group A looks very intersting this clan league. Apex is back with all but one player returning from last clan league in which they were a very close second. [WG] has had 4 members in the top 10 in the last few days, and is looking very strong. AHOL was a close third last season, and looks very strong, especially with the big addition of CHRIS. [GG] has beaten [WM] in a clan war before (I forget the score). And [GG] won Group B without even using their best lineups. I can see any of those 5 clans winning Group A this season. And [VIW] and BIA are not to be taken likely.

Group B looks very boring in my opinion. No new clans, and [WL] might not even get a team. [REGL], barely demoted from Group A last season looks like one of the favorites, as does {101st}, the team that finished 3rd in Group B last season but looks like a much stronger clan this season. {Warlighters} and Master finished 4th and 5th respectively in Group B last season, and {Warlighters} hung right behind {101st} last season, while Master suffered many boots that cost them a high finish. Neither looks as good as {101st} or [REGL], but both could surprise and take a spot away from the favorites.

:) we lost almost all our points off boots.. But no matter this season we should all be reasonable active and we don't only have 4 people so one player going inactive won't cost us all his 1v1, 2v2, and all the 3v3 games to losses

Your problem, Righ/DrSkullex, is that you have yet to accept your place in the Warlight community. You are the clan gateway for beginners, and as such it is your duty to apply basic training to your members. Spouting egotistical nonsense will aid no one.

no talk of the dragons at all in clan group B that hurts a little. But I suppose to gain respect you must earn respect and that is what we plan to do since we too we hit hard by boots. I don't think top places will be a possibility for us but I think Group B might turn into a bottleneck somewhere with 10 points separating a few teams.

Oh and to the comments about hate between clans. There is no hate between the top clans and by that I mean clans with players who win games not clans with just 'players' but a strong competitive nature between all of us. After all the clans were the way to show that you weren't just the best person on a one on one game but was a way to show that a team of players was better than another. Look at professional sports now Golf and Tennis are the only single player sport that gets national attention usually. The team competition is where its at when it comes to bragging rights.

How does that even make sense in a CLAN LEAGUE. The 3vs3 should be the main criteria to look at for if we wanted to see individual results we could just as well look into the ladder system instead.

In the third clan league it was changed POST start date to include 3vs3 more strongly (also that being the reason why WM still got a win out of it) and now suddenly the arguments which held strong prior to emphasize 3vs3 are now all void ?

Aranka, the Group A clans voted to change it. Just becuase your clan does not agree with this point system does not mean the majority's on your side. The majority is in fact for changing it to this current system.

Still I agree with Aranka, it is a CLAN league, not a 1v1. The clans in Group A are all good clans and will be able to put up 1v1 players who will destroy the other clans, but that is not the point. It should be decided by teamplay, else this isn`t a real Clan League.
I understand that there have been votes and that it is set as it is now, but the biggest teams in group A have an advantage over the other teams in group A, and it is logical that they (the big, good clans) voted for this system.

You guys realize that 56% of points will be scored in team games and only 44% in 1v1, right? Team games are still more valuable. This new system prevents a boot in one game from costing you a ton of points.

Min, what does the size of the clan have to do with it? I don't see the connection at all.

This format is still mostly team games, just not focused on them like other clan leagues have been.

You guys can disagree, but it isn't getting anywhere. The representatives have voted and they decided in favor of this system. People are going to disagree with every decision by an authority. The best the leader can do is make as many clans as possible happy.

With big clan I mean good clans. Bad word choise there. Sorry

This will surely make the league a more accurate measure of how good in terms of skill and harmonious in terms of teamplay are all the clans!
