As much as I hate to admit it, I have not done a good job growing and organizing this clan. I am looking for people willing to join as leadership to assist me in turning Bakkah-Mecca into a legitimate clan.

ok. I volunteer to help you rebuild your clan.

A couple pre-requisites:

1. We do not troll the public forums.
2. We do not tolerate clan members that troll the public forums.
3. We do not delve too deeply into the religious aspects of Islam.
4. We insist our membership behave honorably in games.
5. We immediately start assembling a team for entry into the next clan league.

ok, I'm not dead set on point 5, but the other 4 points or no deal.

None of those first 4 are of any problem whatsoever
the 5th could take some time however.


Also other people, I would appreciate it if you were actually helpful rather then just hating on the clan.

14 people isn't enough? I'd say that is only 1 or 2 short of a nice clan size :P

I'd say you need around 70 more members :)

for the amount of players you want, consider (in decreasing order of importance)

- how many are active
- what games your clan plays
- how much you (as a leader) know your players
- how many of your players are looking for new games
- how much your players know each other

so at the end of the day there isn't a "right amount of players", I've heard many people say "how do you manage a clan of 40/80/120 people?" and none are difficult, depending on a those 5 factors.

No you can just have one person with MR and others who send players to invite keeping it an easy one man operation.
