Logical Fallacy of the day: Hasty Generalization

Your statement assumes and genralizes that most Arabian refugees going to Europe are from Iran. In truth, hardly any come from Iran. Most refugees in Europe are from Syria.

Your statement assumes that Iran == all of Arabia/Middle East. Well, I am sorry to disappoint you, but there also exists Iraq, Syria, Turkey, Jordan, Lebanon, Israel, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Oman, United Arab Ermiates, Bahrain, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Egypt may also be considered parts of the Middle East as Well.

You changed the subject on a dime. In fact, in addition to ad hominem, this seems to be one of your favorite logical fallacies to use.

No, let us rephrase the question Bayern:

Is it right for your country to prohibit the wearing of burqas? Why is that? You assume that it is automatically right by stating:

"CAN they use burqas in a country where this is AGAINST the rules?"

Which is another logical fallacy in itself. In fact, I challenge you to figure out which logical fallacy you did use here.

If you can give me an argument as to why refugees and immigration into your country should be prohibited WITHOUT the use of a logical fallacy, I will respect your arguement, and not challenge your statements directly. In fact, it is possible that your evidence could convince me to change my own position on the statement. This includes replies to any of my statements as well.

Feel free to call out any logical fallacies that I use in order to invalidate my argument, just like I am doing to you.

We don't ban burqas in other country. Let me tell you, we're free to do what we want in OUR country. And everyone who's in it should follow the rules, because the rules are not for breaking. Seriously. No matter if they like them or not, it was their choice to come in our country. If we took them in and made them stay here without a reason, yeah, why not to brake the rules?


So here's what I want:
When they come here, they:
1) Don't wear burqas
2) Don't brake any other rules
3) Don't protest for getting no home, as they could stay in camps, and it is their choice to not.
4) Behave like true refugees and come back to their country as soon as the war situations there has ended.

If they accept to do these 4 points, they'd have no problem, either by me or any bulgarian!
