I come back from not playing open games for a while, and this michael bakkie character decides to play like a jack wagon. (Granted we were bound to lose due to our horrendous auto picks) It is not acceptable to behave as he did.

Please just read the chat.
If he had waited just one extra minute, we would have surrendered and everything would've been peachy.

You can't report someone for booting you. It's like Fizzer always says: you should always expect to be booted right at the direct boot time, and if you do get booted, you have nobody to blame but yourself. It happens.

Plus, if you can't take your turn in 5 minutes on this map you're just holding up the game.

"Booting players is not against the rules, and you should not report players for booting. Instead, if you're having trouble completing your turn before the boot time expires, please create or join games with higher boot times that you're comfortable with." - from report page.

Don't want to get booted? Here's a tip: spend less time pleading to not get booted, and actually take your turn in the allotted time. Can't do it? Too bad, you're ruining the game for everyone else.

Play multi-day games if you can't keep up.

From the chat it is you that comes off as rude too, Gojirra. The other team has done nothing wrong at all.

They have the right to boot after 5 min. If you think it's not good to boot until 8 min, then create or join games with 8 min boot. If nobody wants to join a 8 min game, it means other players values speed so much that they want you to finish turns in 5 min.

We need to have someone to enforce the deadline. Otherwise games will be painfully slow which may cause even more players to stop playing.

PS: 5 min boot with 10 min auto should be subsumed by 5 min boot with 5 min bank time.
