I think we can agree that, players turned into AIs when booted are... useless.

Is there a chance to add functionality, to overtake control over booted player by teemates?

This has been brought up in the forum numerous times. From what I have heard it could be and might be a feature that would be added in the future. Big emphasis on COULD and MIGHT.

I hope not. Such functionality woul create possibility to gain control over your teammates what would kill spirit of competition of teams. I would rather make player open-seat again.

Open seat is an better choice that leaving it as an AI, so it is an good way I think :)

I've posted [this idea](http://warlight.uservoice.com/forums/77051-warlight-features/suggestions/1994957-able-to-replace-players-with-open-seats-midgame?ref=title) on Uservoice two months ago and since then it racked up a whopping 9 votes! (out of which 3 were mine and 3 another friends')
