i wanna know if there are more sites which offer game like warlight {just wanna compare warlight with them } ....
and fizzer why don't you put adds on warlight that would definitely make lot of money x) .....

The second point was already discussed in a bunch of threads and I really appreciate, as any WL player I guess, the fact that the site contains no ad. Let Fizzer do whatever works for him, but if the site gets its load of ads, it will badly hurt the attractivity of WL anyway.

Most other sites copy Risk's rules. Risk is a fine game, but it isn't really designed for online play. Risk is designed to be completed in a single sitting, and its rules (like the accelerating cards, turn-based play) really degrade the experience in my opinion. Examples are Conquer Club, Landgrab.

I'm not a big fan of advertisements. However, it does cost a lot to support the non-paying players, so I think it's inevitable that one day WarLight will eventually have ads for non-members. But I want to put that off as long as possible - as long as the monthly bill stays under control (it's around $400/mo now).

Ive tried most of the other sites and found nothing that compares to WarLight!!!
"Generals Gambit" was the best I found but not enough players.
The membership fee seems very reasonable to me and will be paying to join after getting my arse kicked in a free membership challenge.
