The forum is not the correct place to report people who break the rules. Please use the in-game report button (see http://wiki.warlight.net/index.php/Report )

There's a whole system in place to make processing of reports easier, and by posting to the forum it bypasses that system and makes reviewing the reports much more time-consuming.
