It is fun for people to see their pick order, made by the different captains, because it might give them an extra-motivation to kick the ass of the team in which the captain did a low pick of them :P.
@Mirage Given the quality of the top players on this draft, I think anyone reasonable will understand that we couldn't pick them much higher :P. Or maybe we did not pick high people with whom we could have had issues with in the past :P. I think I have only 1 really aberrant pick.
So in the division of Cloud Rocky1 Semice and Simi, I would think Simi's team or Cloud's team will win this (I have obviously a subjective few of it ;)) with Rocky1's team being really competitive. In the division of Mirage Glam Phakh and Hanky, I would think Mirage's team is the more balanced team but Phakh's team is looking very strong, so it will probably be either of theses 2 teams that wins this division. I would think the "weakest" teams of each division are Hijacks (Semice and Rakleader can't do everything) in D1 and Hanky's team in D2 (not that weak but weak compared to others imo).
So in D1, I think it will be:
1. Violent primates (Simi) or Rumtide (Cloud) 2. Violent primates or Rumtide 3. Rocky1's team 4. Hijacks (Semice)
First 3 spots will be extremely competitive in my opinion and it is anybody's guesses who will be 1,2 and 3. I have put Rocky1's team as 3rd but they could clearly finish 1st with their roster so we'll see.
I have put Glam's team as 3rd only because it seems they might have 1 questionable guy that might hurt them (the rest of the line-up is nice though). I see a difference in overall skills between the first 3 teams and the last team as I said too for division 1, but I might be wrong though.
I am so uncertain who will get first of each division that I have no clue who might win the whole thing :P.
I think it is a toss up between 1st and 2nd place. Benoit's team has a higher level of skill (Buns + Farah), but Cloud's has a greater number of skilled P players (Pardon, ps, Pushover). I'd have to give it to Cloud because I believe quantity > quality here. Rocky has MoD who should perform well and some average players that could hold their weight. Semice has rakleader.
D2:
1.) Mirage 2.) Phakh 3.) Glam 4.) Hanky
Mirage has Pana and the rest of his team are ok players. However, in contrast with other teams that have a "power play" + a generally lesser quality of skill (Phakh has MotD, Glam has Chris, Hanky has INSIDE), they definitely seem the strongest. I then rated the teams based upon their star player, keeping in mind the rest of their team.
I think the top 3 will be really close. While Cloud has 3 outstanding players and 1 really good player, rocky's team has the most depth here imo, while he has only one outstanding player, the rest are pretty decent all of them. Simi's team is decent but not sure Buns and Farah and probably ben himself can carry the rest. Semice has only one outstanding player and the rest average. Rakleader can't carry the whole team but i do hope they do well as theyre all nice people in that team :) It would seem that Semice has picked his friends rather than think about a balanced team.
D2
1) Phakh 2) Mirage 3) Glam 4) Hanky
Phakh's team is just looking op to me here. Just one outstanding player but the rest of them are all really good. Mirage's team looks really balanced too one outstanding player and the rest really good but I just think Phakh has a slight edge with his team. Glam's team also looks very decent and i think the differences between the top 3 teams in both divisions will be the templates each player will be chosen for. It's up to the captains to make the best decision, and putting players on the wrong template will dramatically change things imo. Hanky's team does look the weakest here but his players are definitely capable of causing a few upsets. So lets see what happens and good luck to all!
