I think boot should remain at 3 days, except booted players turn into AI. 4 days is too long, having played that template so many times, it's rlly not that hard to pick, since its such a small map.

I didn't read any of this but wanted to mention that 3 days is not enough time and here is my reason:

Biggreen, my partner, has been booted like 4 games in the last month and I've been booted once or twice. We don't communicate but only play while drinking. Now biggreen is an adult and has a job so is unable to drink with me most times. Therefore, if we could take all of our turns Thursday-Sunday, that would be perfect. Right now most boots come on Wednesday, just not enough time for us.

@Brain: The fact it is a small map makes the picking stage harder due to the unavailability of 8 easily discernible options. It makes you think about how to beat the obvious options without compromising your own situation.

agree, plus that smaller map tolerates mistakes much less

@Lolowut - Yeah, there are boots in the ladder as it is, but there would still be boots at 4 days, or 5 days, or whatever. At least with the standard 3 days, people know where they stand.
