Post your most surprising wins here - games where you were never expected to win.

Your point is valid - this thread isn't so much for top players.

Me & Powerneg vs. Gnuff & Fridge http://warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=4588940 (only posting team games where I wasn't carried).
Me + total stranger that happened to join the open game vs. Timinator & Gnuff http://warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=4763199
Me vs. Math Wolf http://warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=3954908
Me vs. Falker http://warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=4495420

There are a few others I could include; but none against established top players (sorry Unreality!).

Below top standard players - post the biggest scalps you've taken here!

There was one time I beat a player named General Arun. It was so totally unexpected!

Well, maybe not so surprising a win, but surprising how close it was:
http://warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=5207456

He took down two wastelands before we connected.

I am trying to figure out why it was so close, and I think it has a lot to do with me triple picking africa, and not securing FTB.

Any insight on why this was so close? Please be constructive with your feedback, for I am the Ryhmenosorisis.

Pooh.

There are faviourites and predicted wins in games but your loss is never expected, the game can go anywhere. I never go into a game knowing I will lose I just get on with it. I've beaten a lot of good players and lost an awful lot to.

My best surprise is being 2-1 against Frankdeslimste, my loss was also a Livestream. You didn't expect that ;)

I keep trying to think of something more recent that was more surprising but I keep coming back to this one, season VIII vs. dreuj: http://warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=3963978 After turn 3 I was certain I had lost before the miracle turn 4. And then I kept expecting to fail to defend West Russia from Caucasus, but nope, I predicted every single important move. Freaking surreal.

Of course dreuj had absolutely no problem kicking my ass since then, 0-2 in 1v1 and 0-2 in 2v2 :P

Some other surprising results include going 4-1 against apex (losing against x) in a guiroma RR, and and beating Timinator on the 1v1 ladder while losing to practically everyone else.
