For all you teens strapped for cash, here's a little trick I did:

Be friends with kids who get school lunches. These kids will often turn away the processed "chicken" they get for a better alternative.
Often times these kids are hungry because there's nothing good in the cafeteria. This can be solved by packing yourself more food than you need.
When one of these kids complains, offer some of your food- make sure it's good stuff. Nobody's going to fork over 50 cents for some grapes.
Charge a relatively low price- a quarter. Better food than the vending machine and much cheaper. Maybe push it to 30.

At some point, your friend doesn't have enough to pay up front. In which case, tally it down and say you'll charge interest. If he/she refuses, give them some more food, and say they're "paying for two now".

interest usually should be a nickel for each day late.

Off of this, I got myself a nice $25 after a year of high school. Not much, but something!
