Hello all.

After the 6 versions of my new template for the "World Diplomacy" I consider it finally ready.

I intended to distribute the biggest bonuses of each country to the other territories in order not to allow a player to take many soldiers in one place (such as Paris), but I consider it unnecessary for now as the games were well finished with the current settings.
