I got to know this site through kongregate, and now I'm quite addicted to this game.

I would love to play some decent quality real-time team games (2vs2 or 3vs3), and not get stuck with a player at his first game ever every time.

Real-time games are difficult to organize on the forums since everyone has to be on at the same time. You can try using the [open seat prerequisite](http://wiki.warlight.net/index.php/Open_Seat_Prerequisites) to control how experienced the players you play with are, or if you're willing to do multi-day games you'll expand the pool of possible teammates a lot.

you can also check people's profiles if youre being picky. but if you bear in mind that if you join games randomly, youll have noobs as teammates and opponents as well.
