First game I play and this a*h* (PinkiestPink) already gets 25+ armies per turn. I think he's cheating, there is no way he could surround me that fast. How does someone report them to the administrators and get them banned?

Cheating is multi-player is not possible. What you're probably running into is someone who adjusted the game settings and then hopes that other players didn't notice.

What you should do is post the link to the game here, then we can explain what they did.

If it's the game in the Lightningbolt tourney, checking the history will show you that your opponent has a fast and clean expansion, coming to Brazil with a fairly decent stack and reinforcing then. He was faster than you to mobilize, but he definitely didn't cheat.

You decided to cluster your picks in N.Am.. and instead of using them to gain your first bonus quickly, slowly gain all bonuses together..
Your Opponent gained his first bonus by turn 2, giving him cumulative more armies to gain more bonuses over time..

Furthermore, you decided to expand *into* a wastelanded bonus -Canada- sadly, this match was over before it really began

Did you even watch the replay? I mean, if that was your first game, you did quite well compared to most, but you made a lot of basic mistakes. Normally nobody would care, but you tried to call the guy a cheater for being better at the game than you...

Wow, just lost a few brain cells reading the chat of that game. This game is currently overrun by ignorant, obnoxious, and generally pathetic noobs. I'm all for new players trying to learn the ropes of the game, I was one too, but this isn't exactly the place for this level of maturity. I'm not sure what can be done, but something needs to be done or the gameplay quality here will go downhill very quickly.
