I read it. The final thing I wenton said I should GO BACK AND ASK QUESTIONS HERE! Its not hard, just TELL ME HOW TO OPEN A FREAKING INKScAPE DOCUMENT!

This is an inkscape document.As you can see,it is the first thing that pops up.

Before you go about making any changes you need to make sure you measurment is set in pixels:

You can draw your map,do whatever you want,and then save it,which is something I assume you already know.

Or if you're starting from an image, I imagine you skipped this part too?

Starting from an image

If you're modeling your map after something you have an image of, it's often helpful to insert an image, set its opacity to 50% and just draw over the top of it. The image itself won't show up when you upload it to WarLight.
To insert an image in Inkscape, just drag the image file into your canvas. Then, you can move it to the back by selecting Object -> Lower to Bottom. You can adjust its opacity by selecting Object -> Fill and Stroke.

Oh, I get it.... hold the ALT key and press the "F4" button at the same time.

^theres a common start-up error that happens sometimes. pressing those keys (if they work on your keyboard, you said it was broken) usually fixes it.

Inkscape document is easiest open in program called "Inkscape".
Complicated, I know.
