Should sanctioning someone count as an attack.

It truly is just what the host thinks, its all personal preference. If the sanction is huge and hurts a lot, I would say yes, but if it is small over a duration of a couple turns, I would say no.

It's like a country sending in a spy. It's only an act of war if you get caught and it's only a blatant act of war if everybody knows about it.

It sounds like somebody ninja'd you. lol

Everyone knew about it. Does that make it a blatant act of war?

In my limited experience I would say that depends on the diplo.

I would say that even if it isn't a declaration of war it is very clear casus belli.

I think that a host who decides to allow sanctions in a diplo game (which really messes up the gameplay in my humble opinion), should specify it.

EU sanctioning Russia dousen't count as an attack, so why would it count as an attack in a diplo?

Edit: thx Pooh I dident know negative sections was posible, that is way more convinent in diplo's.
