Warlight is getting to large. We need moderators to keep the flow of this game moving. Im starting to get tired of these cheaters,racists, and rage booters that ruin the game for the playing public and Paying members! their needs to be a report feature and some moderators to control this.

You should be reporting the "racist" ones you mention - they will be dealt with.

Just take your turn under the boot time and you don't need to worry about booters.

I'm not sure what you mean by cheaters, as cheating isn't possible in multi-player games. You might be referring to people who sneak in game settings hoping others don't notice. The correct response to this is to blacklist (and I'm working on improvements to the blacklist as we speak, actually.)

Yes that's an example of "gaming the system," not cheating per se...

I can't for the life of me understand the complaints about booting... you go into a game knowing full well what the boot time is. If you think its too low to be reasonable or can't get to your turn in the required time then you should expect to be booted. Thats the whole point of the boot.

your moderation plan is doomed from the start if youre going to be recruiting cheaters, vulgar players and children.

Sometimes people will join a game with either their friend, or just using another account, and use both accounts to get a win, by simply surrendering at the start in a team game, or actively working for their friend

There was a thread about it some months back, when apparently a guy had his account "hacked" midgame, by the opponents team and attacked his team mates for one turn

That is a risk in any multiplayer game though. People will always find a way to cheat.

All you can do is through them on your block list and keep playing others. Their whole goal is to have an artificially inflated record so they will be unwilling to simply change accounts when blocked too often.

I support you. I do think they should have moderators helping the website, and I think they should be volunteers. Fizzer, please read this, because we need those moderators! I am sure at least 50% of the people who have posted on this thread will volunteer to be a moderator, if you will begin to have moderators on this website. If you do allow moderators on this website, I will be happy to volunteer to be a moderator.
