when i create a game using 1vs1 strategic template the luck is 16 % { default }
but when i make a game using the same template but with slight change ,for example open seat will be only for those who had completed 300 games ....
the luck % get 75% then

so my request to fizzer is that , can he allow us to customize that template and still have the 16 % luck ?

IIRC the luck modifier can only be changed by members.

Yeah, it's a members only feature to change the luck. It's rather nice that he lets us use a template with modified luck to begin with, but to then change that template just defeats one of the purposes of getting a membership.

he could solve this by making open seats not actually a part of the template, and instead a seperate issue, like when you set RT-MD, etc.

I would be in favor of this, many times *I* end up customizing my templates, just to change the open seat requirements..
