Oh man
Thai food is freaking delicious. Pad Thai is amazing, and all the other things that are so spicy, I love it. I absolutely love spicy food.
Indian cuisine is also amazingly delicious to me. The variety of spices, and just like Thai food, the heat in the food, just makes me love it.
Mexican food is also great. Not really as spicy as the two above, but I can say, you haven't lived until you've had street tacos al pastor.
Damn I'm getting carried away, I just love foreign cuisines
Legit Italian food has great flavor to it, and is rather different to the above. The flavors are intense, but a different type of intense than the above three.
Viet has a variety of different stuff, ranging from not-so-spicy to amazingly delicious spicy. Pho is full of great flavors.
Lebanese food also is good stuff. I have a friend from Lebanon who often brings food from home for school lunch, and lets me try some, and I can tell you, it's been absolutely delicious every time.
I'm beginning to sound rather repetitive on my own here, so I'm going to terminate this before I continue droning on

how can you like all these hot foods? it's too hot.
Italian (if it can be called so) has some very, I'll call it, "innovative" food; but best by far is Norse; you can't really go wrong with seafood.

Counting Southern (US) food + Indian food as "domestic" for me, it'll probably be Thai followed closely by Mediterranean and Sichuan food.
