Ive been playing WL for a while now. and have wanted a eurasia map. of about 300 400 territories. so i download inkscap and find its much harder than i thought. im reading some threads trying to get some ideas and suggestions and i come across somthing about a 30 dollar charge. So my question is.... does this cost money, and can someone point me in the direction of some online source of info to help me acomplish this goal. a walk through of some sort as ive never used inkscape or anything like it. I think a moderately big map of eurasia would be a good addition to warlight. but i want to do it right and without paying 30 bucks. i think membership is enough and im not far away from upgrading.

Other than that, I guess you need to ask a specific question or show what you have. I, however, probably know less about Inkscape than you do; I was just browsing the forum.

cool thank you. yes ive read the forums and wiki. it just seems really broad to me. i guess what my question is.... am i really suppose to free hand half the world? Finding a map that is the right size and proportion to trace and have room to edit seems impossible. i just dont see how i can make a crisp map of eurasisa. every thing ive tried is slopy slopy. but im not so good with computers so mabey this is a lost cause

Dionysus, try looking for SVG maps on Wikipedia or on Wikimedia Commons.
