Based on my own experience fixing games in FFA appears exiting at first, but became boring quickly. I stopped doing that after rigging 3 games and "grew mature" afterwards.

Profile links are more useful than names. You can report a player on their profile page, which you can find by clicking on a players name and then clicking "View full profile"; the report button will underneath the player's image.

When I started the game FFA seemed good place to start. I quite after a few ones, when I realized the problem. It has not changed since. Conclusion is that FFA works only when you play with already trusted players.
