I also was kicked out because I didn't read this thread and noticed an alt had signed up!! As was Apollo!! This league is a joke, Ineffable was gonna kick out the whole {101st} clan because TWM's real life friend joined with an alt!! He then decides to just kick out 2 random players out of the clan, and also TWM!!

Ineffable is a good guy, he just made a very stupid mistake, and isn't willing to admit it.

Kicked because you were aware of alts? How much sense does that make? It's like going to jail because you know someone who takes drugs.

I'll tell the full story. There once was an alt named Harmony, shared by JSA and Pulsey. It goes inactive for 2 weeks and JSA decides to give TWM the alt to do as he wishes. TWM at the time mentions that he planned to give the alt to a friend, but JSA assumes TWM still has the alt. TWM lets 13ooty (his real life friend) use the account. 13ooty signs up for the Manager's League with the alt, now named WARLIGHT. JSA does not see that WARLIGHT has signed up. Ineffable sends a message to JSA asking if he knows WARLIGHT, because INeffable has heard from Pulsey that WARLIGHT is an alt. JSA says, yes it is an alt. INeffable also ask Apollo the same thing, and is given the same answer. Both JSA and Apollo suggest removing him from competition, both assuming TWM accidently signed up because neither knew TWm had given the account to 13ooty. 2 days later, Ineffable sends a message to JSA and Apollo telling them he has banned the whole {101st} clan. Neither one can understand it at all. JSA reveals that he gave the account to TWM. Ineffable goes to TWM and TWM admits he had the account, but gave it to his friend 13ooty who had then signed up for the Manager's League. Ineffable decides that because the 3 players, JSA, TWM, and Apollo, did not notice that the alt had signed up, despite their willingness to reveal information about it, they are banned from the first season of the Manager's League. They argue their point but Ineffable stands strong on his stance. He then makes a thread with about 5-6 other players hoping for some backup. Nearly all players say they think the ban should be lifted on TWM, JSA, and Apollo. Ineffable then says nothing and just ignores the issue, convinced he is right, and the other 5-6 people are wrong. Notice how he has said nothing on the forums about JSA, TWM, and Apollo being bannned. Now the players have been drafted, with Ineffable taking the easy way out and just banning TWM, JSA, and Apollo, and ignoring it when everyone else says it's not a good idea to ban them. He thinks TWM, JSA, and Apollo will not make a big fuss and it will just blow over. But he is wrong, because TWM lets the forums know and JSA tells the whole story.

It is up to you to judge who is right, and who is wrong.

I have experience running things, and I've learned how to deal with problems. The Clan League being a big example. You have to be willing to stand up for yourself, but you also must be willing to listen to the other people. Leagues are not about you, they are about everyone in them. There are plenty of arguments in the clan league, but if there's a lot of support for the stance opposite of mine, I try to think of how the problem can be solved, and thinking that maybe they have a good point. The easiest way to solve a big problem is take a vote of clan leaders. So why in the Manager's League, it was not taken to a vote of managers or some kind of vote, is because Ineffable realized his side would be the loser because it would be one vote to however many that supported lifting the ban. You can't just table problems and hope they will go away with time, because they won't, and will come back and bite you, as Ineffable is finding out. I hope you learn for the future Ineffable, because you are a good person, just a poor leader at the current time. Think of what the people want, not what is easiest for you. You will do better in the future I hope.

very nice of you jay, an alt we were both sharing, no one uses it for 9 days, and suddenly you assume you have sole control, change the passwords and give it off to someoen else without even telling me, and now refuses to give me the passwords even though i played most of the games. very nice of you indeed.

Yes, he is. Just don't put him in the final names list and don't make a big deal about it. He accidently signed up with it, not realizing he had signed up with his other account. He didn't withdraw figuring it would draw attention to himself, and he figured no one would pick him. I promised I wouldn't tell who it is though. So you can just remove him from the possible players to get picked and that should be fine.

WARLIGHT is TheWarlightMaster, and if you know him well, you know he is too lazy to read things before he signs up for them. I had to explain the Promotion/Reglation League to him even though he's done a few seasons on it before. He will understand if we knock him out of the clan to let the other {101st} compete. I'm not really involved,I just happen to know who's alt WARLIGHT is. I signed up to manager league because I thought it was cool how you get picked and told what to do kind of like a coach :P therefore the players just sit back and hope the coach is making the right decisions with how to play you :P. Now I'm not sure if you are counting me as one of the involved players or not, but I joined this league to have fun. All this happened because my friend 13ooty wanted to join 101st so JSA gave him an account that used to belong to BRAIN. now if I have heard correctly, Brain got pissed off that he got his alt taken away so he complained to ineffable about cheating our something. Now I am speaking on booty's behalf, he did not intend on cheating, he joined to give his alt more games and to have fun. Why this whole thing turned into some crazy conspiracy? I have no idea, but I am here to say the truth.

I owned the alt at first then I let my friend use it, I don't have to announce to everyone about this, but you are forcing me to. My friend wanted to join manager league. If it wasn't for BRAIN, everything would of went smoothly, and WARLIGHT probably wouldn't of even off been drafted. The fact that you have to go around banning people because of this is just ignorant.

I say we just take WARLIGHT out of the tournament like he requested and put everything back to normal. You don't have to make such a big deal about this

Can you tell me why you banned me? To be honest I had little to do with this event.

It is quite obvious I was told he was TheWarlightMaster, so I was truthful and said he was an alt and I spotted he was playing with his main account. (I told you all of this) However I also kept my promise about keeping a secret about who it was. So I have advice to kick WARLIGHT from the competition.

What could I have done differently?

I am Warlight. I am also Pulsey and TWM. And by the way - Gnuffone and Myhand are the same person. Same thing with Ineffable and Ironheart. and of course Gui is Sweyze. Oh! I would forget that brisk and dreuj are also same guy...

The moral of the story is to never tell Ineffable that a player is the alt, as he automatically assumes the worst. It is not innocent until proven guilty is his mind, it is guilty with no trial. Ineffable admitted if I had lied and said WARLIGHT was not an alt, he wouldn't have been kicked out and neither would any have us. Although I must say, I loled at Brain thinking it was me. So for all of you people who do actually want to game the system, just lie to Ineffable and say it is not an alt if he asks, and you will be allowed to play :)

A big alt revealing now: I am also Fridge and TWM and Pulsey :( I meant to keep it a secret but now I see no choice. Also good to note, Heyheuhei and Zibik are also Gnuffone and Myhand.
