The Legislative Branch will consist of Congress. Congress with consist of the House of Representatives and the Senate.
The House of Representatives includes every player in the United States except the President, Vice President, Cabinet Members and Supreme Justice. The House includes Bloc's.
The Senate includes 3 players. The Democratic Bloc gets to choose one state to be in the Senate(not itself, or a cabinet member, President or VP or Supreme Justice). The Republican Bloc does the same. The Vice President does the same.

The Senate approves all cabinet officials and supreme justices the President appoints
When someone puts in a law, the Senate and the House both have to have a majority vote to pass it
If the President vetoes a law, then the Senate has to be unanimous and the House has to have a 2/3 vote in order for it to become a law without the President's signature
If the Senate is unanimous and the House has a 2/3 majority vote, then congress can impeach the President, Vice President, Cabinet Members and the Justice. This is only if they break a law.
They can declare war with a unanimous vote in Senate and a 2/3 vote in the House


The Executive Branch will consist of the President, Vice President and the Presidential Cabinet.
The President is elected when they get more states to vote for them than any other candidate
May sign any law approved by congress or veto it
He has to be the final say in any treaty with foreign nations even if the Secretary of State does all the work
Appoints the Supreme Justice and executes martial law

The Vice President breaks tie votes in the Senate
Becomes President upon death, removal or resignation of the President.

The Secretary of State advises the President on matters regarding Foreign Policy
Participates in US Treaties with other nations and is the voice of the US in alliances

The Secretary of Defense advises the President about military or war action or information
Also exercises military authority, able to tell any state what to do with their troops.


The Judicial Branch consists of the Supreme Justice.

The President appoints one Supreme Justice to solve disputes between states
They also solve criminal cases
Look over laws to make sure they are constitutional

Also, the Standing Rock Tribe is one vote in the House of Representatives
and the Vice President counts all votes in elections in PM, and must swear to tell the truth, all of the truth and nothing but the truth.
