I'm helping to build 101st into a highly active and supportive training clan.

I would like some advice on how to build out our training program. In order to find good people to talk to, I want to know from everyone -

What kind of help have you got and from who?
Who has helped you the most to improve at your game?
Who are positive in their support for other players?
Who is good at explaining strategic ideas?
And so on ...

Who are the training stars that I don't yet know about?

Nobody'sc ever really noticed i guess, but I've trained many people actually over time but they're all just a bunch of folk i met on multi player tab.

idk man theres a lot of good trainers out there so kinda hard to tell which one of thems TBest

For me personally in my Warlight journey, MOTD and Rakleader have been brilliant in training me. They explain concepts well, take the time to analyse games and have lots patience.

However the reason I joined the apprentice clan is because all the Masters train up apprentice members, discuss ideas, strategy in clan chats and create internal tourneys to engage with each other regularly. Plus they are a great bunch of people who have a laugh so love being part of such a great team :-)

May be open a third tournament, round robin can start when you want or you need a number of player?

When I was a strategic clan leader at 101 starting out, I knew I could not give a full training programme because it involves too much effort, The training clan would be a parasite to the alpha clan meaning collapse is likely long-term.

So, The best way to produce talented players is to build your clan with players who have an appetite for learning and a good attitude. You have to create an environment for learning, The leader has to provide the tools for player growth. This has been the ethos of why 101 grew as it did before history took place.

I still carry the same way of leading personally, Outlaws is getting a little bit higher on requirements but I'm always heavily opened on recruiting the next best superstar.

Community is critical but you have to fill it with the right players, Something that recruitment and experience teaches.

Since this question is directly about 101 training programme, I can give a few suggestions that will improve your training programme directly. If you want, Just a honest tip or 2.
