There are many good clans, good in various factors like strategy, role play and diplomacy. Usually people rate clan(s) as best based on the players' performance in clan league(s) or ladder rankings. So, there are many good clans and naming one or two isn't enough to cover all.
Old forum posts have covered the rankings of Clan over various factors like activity, ladder participation,...(posts by Knyte)-so if one wants to rank, it has to be through such factors.
