2-days is not long, you should practice patience. Wiki says it usually takes 24-hours, but some maps take almost a week. So give him time.

You can set recommended level to your map, don´t judge other map-makers of what they choose it to be.

And I am not sure your map gets published, as your connections are not exactly clear. I suggest to make it more understandable for players. Secondly there are quite a lot of similar maps for minimalistic earth - why make another?

Can you play private (testing) games on them?

Also, I don't see your spear man map getting approved without clear connections, as Tranqex said.

depends on the size of your map i think?

idk from past experience my smaller novelty maps usually tend to take only around 24 hours while my larger 400+ territory diplo maps can take up to 2 to 3 days

what is taking so long?

The maps are manually checked by an actual human being. So no automatic process. Hence less then 2 days, is actually quick.

why is the recommended unlock lvl 56?

It recommends a unlock level, based on where there are few other maps to be unlocked. So when you level up, you will see it :) You are indeed free to pick the level you want it to be unlocked at however.
