Not to be too nitpicky here, but technically your belief in God/lack thereof (theist vs atheist) is completely separate from your position on the determinability of the truth value of God's existence (Agnostic vs non-agnostic). Thus your theological position isn't so much a scale from theist to atheist with agnostic right in the middle, but rather if you are an agnostic, the term is paired with either theist or atheist based on your belief in God.
So, if you don't think it's possible to prove God's existence either way, you are an Agnostic theist if you believe in God, and an agnostic atheist if you do not. The idea that there is some middle ground here is pretty much bogus, since if you won't say if a God exists then you by definition lack a belief in it.
