Depends on what the inhabitants of Kosovo would want. It should be up to them, though. No point on integrating them back forcefully if they don't want it. And they're already recognized by some countries as an actual country.

don't see what was terribly wrong with Socialist Republic Jugoslavija, it was communist and oppressive but stable, neutral, egalitarian, and had good living settings.
Oh no I'm actually a big fan of Yugoslavia. I just dont like the Serbians. I guess that phrase was a little fanatical, it should actually have been "The Serbians should not be given another chance to try to establish a Serb hegemony"
