See the message I sent on the other thread. That shorts it out in the short-term. For the long term, report him for spam. Get evidence of it.

The other message, I can't afford it, don't understand anything.

Only get some sample links. You could get picture evidence an then upload it to an image hosting site and include the image in in the report.
