I think I know what you mean. From "Weird Island" you go Eastsoutheast to a much larger island, then Southeast to a weird shape (it's a set of locks, but that's difficult to recognize if you don't know it), right before the first red bonus. Now, straight down is your "4", right?
In fact, that's just an island which (presumably) is also not a part of any municipality. Hence the black outline; in the original .svg all outlines are black (well, I don't know for sure, I guess they are), but territories have their colour overridden by WL based on which bonus they belong to. So when you have a shape that's not part of any territory, it will keep it's original black colour.

Of course you don't have to take my word for it, but would you trust [Google Maps](http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=51.69448,4.377022&spn=0.139816,0.445976&sll=46.051426,14.505965&sspn=0.313086,0.891953&t=m&z=12)? :p

Aha, now I see it. It's just an island I forgot to add to a territory. Good catch!

I was just looking at Benelux Big and finally figured out what was bugging me about Zeeland: both the Zeeland territories and the connection between Antwerpen and Bonaire are yellow. That looks confusing where they cross: over the Westerschelde Tunnel. If you agree with me, it would be quite easy to change that, right?

Also, until now I hadn't noticed the thank you note you put in the map (shame on me...). Just like to say: you're welcome! :D

How far are you with the map?

Thanks. I found a quicker way to make territories have perfect borders, but this method requires them not to have any holes, so I'll keep using it in places without rivers. And I have named and connected most of the territories, if you see any missing connections feel free to warn me!

Yup, I think so. I'm at 575 territories, of a total of 1119, that's 51,385165326184092940125111706881%! I should have opened a champagne bottle two days ago! Of course there are still numerous small and large bonuses that need to be set, and I'm nowhere near testing it, so I think I'm at about 30-40% of the total progress.
But hey, I have created 4 more maps while working at this one!

And has anyone ever found any missing connections or other errors yet?

I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but are you planning to keep the current bonuses you have as is? Or are you going to divide them into smaller ones and have those as super bonuses?

I stated many times before, including my previous post, I am using 4 layers: country bonuses, country regions (Flanders and Walloon for Belgium, and something else for NL, and none for Luxembourg), provinces (districts in Luxembourg), and COROP-areas in NL, arrondissements in Belgium, and Cantons in Luxembourg.

Thanks to easter, I have an extra long weekend, meaning more time to work on the map! I have already finished, connected and partly named 14 provinces, and Utrecht will be done soon.
After I'm done with the Netherlands, I think Belgium will slow down the progress a bit. That's because I had a very helpful [HD-image of the Netherlands](http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/e/e4/2012-NL-Gemeenten-50.jpg) WITH communes marked. Before I had to use Google maps images I copied directly from my screen, and pasted as close to the actual location on the map as I could, with the right size and angle. That caused terrible misplacement's of rivers, because one image relied on an other image, which relied on an other image, which relied on an other image, which relied on the basic coast or border, with none of those images with a perfect size and angle.
This may have to be done again for Belgium, unless someone knows a good, high-definition physical map. It doesn't have to contain the commune borders, I can overlay them myself, it's easier to do that when all national borders are visible. I couldn't find any good map on Google, but someone else might have more knowledge than I have.

Also, do you think I should redraw Vlaams Brabant? I don't like the communal borders now, but redrawing could take more time.

Could you link to the one you've used for the Netherlands? That way it will be much more clear what you're looking for; just "high definition" isn't very specific.

And I believe It will take more time. I have to redraw 65 territories, with the perfect borders. My fast method only works for drawing, not altering. I first wanted to check if anyone really cared before I started on it, like with the Amsterdam canals.
