Warlight doesn't recognize my .svg file as a map: 11/23/2011 23:39:21

I am VERY new to inkscape, and I basically just drew a few shapes and then imported them into warlight. It doesn't seem to recognize them as territories, and as such I can't assign them bonuses, centers, etc. All that happens is that I can see them.

Any tips?

Did you label them as territories? You have to right click the object and go to 'Object Properties' and name it appropriately.

Has to be 'Territory_X' where X is a unique number

It does get easier. I am in the midst of doing my first map and had no previous experience with inkscape or any similar program. My biggest recommendation would be to use the test abilities on Warlight to see if your efforts are working and make sure it looks right.
