You can't send a photo to chat or forums without a link. I don't know about profile pictures though.

not to be a spoil sport but you should not post a thread titled help... fizzer says

If you mean to these forums, do the following:

1) Take a screenshot or save the picture on your phone.
2) Go to an image hosting site (there are millions, any will do).
3) Upload the image.
4) Try out some of the links provided by using the preview button when you make a post; one will work (I think the one I use is called "hotlink for forums" - I have to delete part of the link in [URL] brackets).

Follow my steps; the last bit sounds harder than it is.
