Noted but as has been done in the past it will not be allowed to freely switch accounts in the promotion/relegation league. If you wish to participate on your new account you will be added on the bottom of the waiting list and the top spot of the waiting list will be added instead of trixie.

Tomorrow is the deadline for joining your tournaments. I've just mailed out to everyone who hasn't joined yet, so no excuses! In tier G, empty spots will be filled from the waitlist. I've decided to give the people who are invited tomorrow 5 days (until next Wednesday) to join their tournaments before manually starting them.

@Fluttershy: Added your main to the waiting list. If we have enough inactives, looks like you might get to play this season anyway.

@IMMORTAL: No worries, thanks for letting me know! Good luck with life.

@Tac(ky)tical: I don't want to do that after the groups for this season were already announced (especially since we'd have to redistribute everyone who's not a newbie, and basically restart tier G). It looks like there are a lot of inactives though, so we might get farther through the waitlist than you expect. ;)

Probably people joining later would rather be in an additional... latecomers group than not play at all. Do what you have to do, but in the end its usually not the G groups that play the slowest, right? So if there's some delay in the beginning of the G groups... c'est la vie?

For once, Group A just might be the first group to finish this season. Master of the Dead, master of desaster, rocky1, and FlyingBender have already completed all of their games against each other, with Master of the Dead emerging as the one to beat in his first season at the top tier. He still has to go through timon92 and Timinator, however, who are both still undefeated and together have won the last three seasons of P/R League.

Why can't the tournament be 6 games at once?

All my tournaments are started. Turkish (D2) PhuciliJerry(E1) MisterT(E1) did not join their tournaments.

Now that all the groups have started, here's what promotions and playoffs currently look like. I've altered Pushover's default promotion/relegation scheme so that each dropout either means 1 less relegation at that level or one more promotion from the level below. Last place in a group will always be guaranteed to relegate. I tried to avoid any tiebreaker playoffs involving more than two players (especially any 5-player ones from G, that would be nasty), so things look a little wonky right now. Also, with a large number of players disappearing from F again, we're going to have to resort to super-promotions from G again, even though that's not supposed to happen.

TIER A - 2 relegate (gain 2 from B)
6th-7th place relegate

TIER B - 2 promote (gain 2 from A), 3 relegate (gain 3 from C)
1st-2nd place promote, 5th-7th place relegate

TIER C - 2 dropped out, 3 promote (gain 3 from B), 3 relegate (gain 5 from D)
Group C1 - 6 players: 1st place promotes, 6th place relegates
Group C2 - 6 players: 1st place promotes, 6th place relegates
2nd place C1 and 2nd place C2 will play off to determine 3rd promotion
5th place C1 and 5th place C2 will play off to determine 3rd relegation

TIER D - 1 dropped out, 5 promote (gain 3 from C), 3 relegate (gain 6 from E)

Ordinarily I'd promise that I won't take away promotions or add more relegations, but with the potential for a 5-way tie in tier G, I don't think I can promise that (in particular, F may get more relegations). However, I will do my best to avoid that sort of situation.
