i'm not trying to be racist. im a non-racist lad overall. i'm just wondering something. has any country ever, where a black leader was in charge and the population was mostly black, progressed and had a civilized society? it just seems like without white colonization, none of the black countries progress. whites came to Africa, got some of the countries up and running and attempted to make them decent, but the people that lived there chased them off with their sticks instead of allowing them to improve their lives. the guns and cars and tanks and everything any country in Africa has, they got that from either Russia or US or some other mostly-white country
