Hello everyone!

I have been working on my first map and so far, I created a svg-file with all territories that i want the map to have. I was going to take a look inside warlight, how it will appear to check if everything is right, before i continue with all the bonus links, sea connections, etc. However, whenever i go on Edit selected Version, the map appears quite small in my top left corner and will not allow any connections being made and has army numbers that would translate to 70px width on my map, though i heard they were supposed to be about 20px?

I tried setting the dimensions in document properties higher and lower, but nothing worked for me properly thus far.
I have no idea what went wrong and would like to ask if any of you know what might have caused this, so I can try and fix.

Not going to download that file (sorry, nothing against you. It's the internet).
Are the document dimensions the correct size and in pixels?

I have tried moving it around, in that document it is the highest that have set it to with 3330px in width and 2000px in height

and i made sure it is in px.


understandable that you won't download, however svg don't contain viruses, only stuff that comes in a bundle with it should (like a downloader or stuff like that)
but no problem, not a necessity

The file parameters were set wrong. Just copied your work into a properly formatted map file.

Ah, I didn't check if it was a svg or not because I'm not familiar with that website.

It doesn't matter in the end as the file wouldn't download.

Can I ask what exact parameters were wrong, so i can avoid this in the future?

Viewbox forced a specific width/length on upload. You can find these parameters in the XML editor. It would be easier to just reuse the formatting in the file I uploaded.
