"Collective right" as an oxymoron: 2/9/2017 14:24:39

I don't recognize "collective rights" since all rights belong to individuals. There is no way the rights of an individual involve involuntary participation of another.

Furthermore collective entities should not inherently have any rights. Some such as governments have legal power though. The state should have absolute power as long as it respects individual rights.

I know. If others can get away with taking away rights there will be no rights. However a right-based system is good for individualists.

^Communists do not respect individual rights.

The State should never tolerate any other secular power where it rules over.

All-powerful government is not compatible with individualism.
