the point is that holding all of those positions is not logically consistent. if you don't hold all of those positions, then you don't need to get all defensive because it's not directed at you. there are many people who are against gay marriage, abortion and birth control -- and who argue banning guns wouldn't work.
One does not simply get rid of Wally Balls, it's like trying to get rid of Karl. It'll never happen, however the difference is Karl is amusing, Wally Balls is more often than not annoying, however he does prevent OT from become a Pro Trump Ecochamber, which is nice. But that's about it.
Birth Control should be legal. Abortion should be legal. If you're going to illegalise it, then let the mother drink, smoke and eat soft cheese as much as she wants. Gay marriage should be legal. Homosexuals and Heterosexuals should have the same rights. Guns should be legal for those who have no criminal record, have passed mental checks and have learnt how to use them.
