I made another Old Town sequel. The inkscape work is almost done.
this time, it is set in between some rock formations. A new feature will be a passage on top of the walls, which can be reached from the rooks.

In this stage I'd appreciate help with territory and bonus names. consider that good bonus names may shape the diplomacy or role playing aspect of the map. Furthermore, I need an idea for an iconic symbol for the brown circle in the east. Every suggestions are very welcome.

I'm not sure how those street territories are going to work from the gameplay point of view, but this map looks like a masterpiece! I hope you finish it.

As for the eastern circle symbol - may be something rural? Some kind of windmill? It is located outside of the city walls... Or maybe a market or something like that?

Thanks mate. Did you try one of the other town maps of mine? they also have the street feature. In my opinion they work out pretty well.
I will consider your suggestion, even though I already used a symbol like that in my Old Town map. So maybe I will go with something else.

It doesn't represent any actual geography so expect it to never get played.

Also too much decoration, people like to play simple maps.

lol. Anyhow, yet again, great map from Ranek. It is almost becoming boring to look at his map threads since you know what will come of it: a very good map with town/borough themes.

yeah. I will make it a bit more interesting next time, when I have enough cities to create a single map with the shire, where all those towns are included.
