If you live close to the border it might also be that you have an IP address in the range from that other country as well which might be your problem.

Other thing is possible VPN usage which means you get the flag of the country your VPN is located.

Vietnam does not border Singapore.

My guess is that the o.p. either has been to Singapore recently or is using a VPN.

I have not been to Singapore recently nor I use a VPN, but it went back to normal now, thanks for the replies
