I'm glad that RPCL4 preparation is going well. It is time for us to start preparations for preparations for RPCL5.
There are several issues with RPCL4 preparations: 1. Жұқтыру posted in that thread, making it lose credibility. 2. Semicedevine wrote "+1" to Жұқтыру's post. We can't have that.
We are open to comments and suggestions.
Possible changes to our rules: 1. Tabby and Onoma94 should judge the RPCL and make the rules. 2. All dogs have been deleted from the roster.
Furthermore I'm requesting that all participating clan leaders denounce caninism to be eligible to participate
