The slave is bad for the economy.

Slaves cannot purchase. They can only produce goods. Traditionally, these are usually raw materials, because you would need to teach your slaves to turn the materials into products. A free man can learn and apprentice, allowing himself to act as both a producer of goods and a consumer of goods. And a slave-owner would want to provide only the minimum for their slaves, while a free worker can choose to buy what he wants. What's the point of putting blacks back in the fields if nobody turns their cotton into clothes?
Slavery also kills the idea of competition. You can lower the prices by harming the slaves, but you paid money for them. And you want to get the most work out of your slave before they die. So you have to maintain the slaves to be in physical condition to eventually be worth the purchase. Unless your slave state does not buy slaves. In which case, nobody would capture slaves, because they'd get no money out of it, and you wouldn't take the risk of using slaves to hunt down slaves?
A classic example is of the late Roman Republic. Soldiers who were former farmers came home to find their land confiscated by wealthy slave-owners. This left a large population of free people unemployed, and angry. And it cost the Romans quite a bit to feed these unemployed, homeless veterans.

Now that we have confirmed that indeed, no logical arguments exist aginst slavery, only moral ones, we can go a step further.

Why is it immoral? Race-based slavery may be seen as "unfair" or WAYZIZM, but would you object if a poor person starving to death decided slavery is better than dying? Some people are not capable or willing to run their own life, much less their children's. Slavery would give these useless people a niche. Frthermore, there is a strong religious basis for slavery, as seen in the Old Testament. Aristotle makes stronger arguments for it than me (I believe in Politics) so I would encourage you to read that, but don't think that just because America tied slavery to race and it's current year that slavery is evil.
