Also interestingly, both of the contending teams already have one member (me and retro). Could it possibly mean memberships being awarded to both boba and jaremajasio? (\*nudge nudge\* ;) )

No offense intended of course, but is there any reason for the large percentage of Poles? Just seems odd to me.

Derivative... I meant on the site in general, not in the tournament. Have seen it mentioned a number of places about the high percentage of Poles.

Warlight was posted on some Polish story/link aggregator sites a long time ago - I know it was on joemonster.org (which is a little bit like SomethingAwful forums) and wykop.pl (Digg/Reddit-lookalike). Some people (including me) found it this way, and stayed till now.

poland was partitioned or sliced up like a watermelon many times throughout history. maybe the polish players are simply practicing on wl in preparation for a future massive assault on germany, austria or russia (to seek revenge)...

Its kinda weird how the poles are so talented at Warlight, yet they have been conquered countless times. There must be something up...

I guess that the Polish are kind and peaceful, thought their neighbors are/were not.

lol, i feel too unlucky...
My team-BQ was winning only, until we met the winners and lost by them. Then in the loosers tournament we got beaten only by the team on 2nd place...
Does this mean we are 3rd place, lol
