What do you expect them to do in their spare time?
It is interesting, though, how the farther north you are, the wealthier you are (normally) and the more internet access you have. Norway, Faroe, Sweden, Finland.....all in the 90s.

It's hard to say when you have zero proof. While in fact North Korea uses a seperate state-owned and heavily censored internet. The Vatican has no internet providers. If you're tourist you'll access pizzanet instead

Choson does have (global) internet access but it's reserved for very few, about 0,1% the population uses it I think.
