You don't need admin permissions or need to pay anything to install this.

What you need

Features

• Hides threads and replies by poster (the poster's names' are available in the Block List).
  
• Ability to not hide threads even if you're hiding threads by the player that made the thread (these are known as Thread Exceptions).
  
• Ability to hide off-topic threads on the all forum posts page.
  
• Ability to hide individual threads (including Map Of The Week threads).
  
• Hides threads and replies by players have have a blank name by default.
  
• Hides blank posts.
  
• Hides all-caps threads (they would be deleted anyway).
  
• Creates jump to non-spam links when there's forum spam (subject to if I'm active).
  
• Makes invisible player names become visible.
  
• Makes invisible thread/mail subjects become visible.
  
• Makes invisible links globally become visible.
  

It's possible to change all of the script's settings by following these 3 steps:

1. Click on the ▼ located in the top right bar that says your name, level, coins, etc.
2. Click on Dan's Userscript.
3. Click on any of the options provided on this message:

The Advanced button allows you to hide or show Map Of The Week threads. It will also allow you to hide/no longer hide OT threads on the All Forum Posts page.

If you are on the All Forum Posts, sub-forum, clan forum or your mail, you can add/remove players to/from your Block List or add/remove threads to/from Thread Exceptions by pressing these buttons:

you're not allowed to un-open source software once you open sourced it. the apache 2.0 license still applies.

imagine if Google just announced they changed their mind and Android is no longer open source, everybody has stop using it immediately.

no smartphone makers would ever use Android if that were even possible. it's not possible. Google would get sued by the whole industry and lose if they even tried something like that.

Which means you have no ownership over the software since you did not puchase it, therefore you're subject to the ToS first and foremost, since Dan(iel Church) is the sole owner. The ToS says specifically this:

6) THIS SOFTWARE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME WITHOUT WARNING.

8) THIS SOFTWARE DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY.

In fact, this too:

3) THIS SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE MODIFIED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Which means he is the one who can file a lawsuit on you for 1) modifying to your desire 2) distributing your modification 3) not using it in private and 4) not reverting your actions.

If he had initially released it that way, you are right.

But he didn't. He already released it under Apache 2.0, a license which contradicts all of that.

You can't do that. The software is already open source. There are no take-backs.

The blind defense of those you like, and the blind attacking of those you don't, is really bad on Warlight. Facts don't matter, everything is a popularity contest, including who people consider the best players to be.

If you publicly apologize for everything you have attacked me with and accused me of, and admit I have done absolutely nothing wrong at any stage besides not adding a copyright notice and disclaimer, which nobody including you cared about anyway, then maybe I will consider that.

You didn't contribute at any point. Before I added and removed the license, I was and still am protected by Copyright, even if I didn't leave any Copyright mark.

Dude, I contributed to my fork. It's very simple.

Go talk to a fucking lawyer if you want. I don't care what you do with your version, but I am within my rights to keep my fork alive. And I will.

Some Copyright principles the you didn't follow:
Asking me for permission to copy my work. I won't give you consent anyway.
Copying my work even though I didn't want you to.

You copied my script, modified it and now redistributing it.

Edit: it isn't within your rights to keep 'your fork' "up" as you didn't follow Copyright and you breached several of my terms and conditions. As my Ts and Cs state, you must revert the actions that you have done. You may revert your actions by deleting 'your' script everywhere you have redistributed it. You would also have to remove 'your' script from places where you have saved and backed up 'your' script.
