It probably is the same person, but there really is nothing to do about it. If you want to you can blacklist him and just walk away, that is probably the best thing you can do.

To me it looks like two friends who are co-operating, rather than Multi-accounting.

That seems a bit over the top. Two friends, one day apart. It took me a week to get friends onto Warlight...

Its the names and the previously known names that make it even more suspect.

So just blacklist them. No need to make a forum post for this, it is not illegal, and they won't get banned because of it. Just blacklist them and move on.
