I just played in 2 3v3 games where someone surrendered around turn 4. People wanted to vote to end, but here is why voting to end is a bad idea.

If you don't get the start you want, or you make stupid decisions, or it looks like the other team has the edge, you could just surrender, people would vote to end and you wouldn't take the loss.

2 vs 3 usually ends to a lost for the team of 2

Players who are eliminated, surrendered, or booted will still take the loss. Only the ones who are still playing will not take a loss/win.
