After going over the rules of the league with awesomeusername, we determined that there is no need for a tiebreaker based on previous precedent. So, after strategically losing/winning to the right players, I win I guess, haha! Master of the Dead's 6-0 win last season was much more impressive. For previous precedent see this link from P/R league 19 https://www.warlight.net/Forum/149352-promotionrelegation-league-season-19?Offset=90 . Group F found themselves in the same situation. On the relegation side, master of desaster has gotten a win over Timinator. This means the last game between Timinator and Master of the Dead will determine the final relegation spot.

So with my win over Hostile I believe I have successfully secured promotion, making the result against ARand0mPlayer moot for me. And even that last game doesn't really affect who promotes, its the question of Aura Guardian what will determine who promotes. Right now, Aura Guardian should be the second person to promote due to his win over Hostile, but with the collapse of FCC and the change to Aura's profile to semi-retired, will he continue in this league? That is hard to know until he confirms his presence or not next season.

With things pointing towards Aura possible dropping out of this league, this opens things up to Hostile being the only other player able to promote with me as he has a win over ARand0mPlayer and even if ARand0mPlayer does beat me in our last game, Hostile would win the tiebreaker (of which I think I am winning that last game regardless).

We have 5 G-groups. So we'll have 5 contestants for the playoffs. How are you going to pick 3 from these? Just curious!

It might end up being a tiebreaker tournament with the top 3 players advancing. It seems like the fairest way to do it.

We probably won't do a 5-way tiebreaker because that would take a long time. Most likely, we'll promote that top 2 from every group in tier G - we have enough people leaving the league from higher tiers to do that.

Phew! Needed a tiebreaker but I survived a tough group C2. Just a play-in for promotion now, anything could happen!
