A lot of new players don't even realize that being booted is a bad thing, to them a loss is a loss. It would be nice if there was a warning for players that exceed a certain boot rate to remind them that they are being discourteous to other players.

I think the Surrender and Vote to End buttons should totally be moved to the main screen somewhere, instead of being buried in a menu (and a menu called Players - this name has nothing to do with either).

It's laughable this situation now, and it would be solved by a few small changes to the way people learn to play
