I'm not sure what you're asking in relation to. Tiebreak for what? Are you asking about who gets first move in a game? If so, see https://www.warlight.net/wiki/Move_order

I may understand a head to head criteria for A and B, but what about 3 or 4 players who won each other and that you cant tell a difference?

In a 3 or 4 player tie, the players that finished there last game first will be first and second depending on their head to head result.
